Question 1

How does anonymous messaging work?

Accepted Answer

Once you create your Cilbup profile, you get a unique shareable link that you can post anywhere. Anyone with your link can send you messages completely anonymously—no signup required for them. You'll receive their messages in your secure dashboard while their identity remains completely hidden.

Question 2

Is my identity really hidden?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We don't track IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or any identifying information from message senders. Your messages are delivered with zero metadata that could reveal who sent them. Your privacy and the privacy of those messaging you is our top priority.

Question 3

How do paid boosts work?

Accepted Answer

Your supporters can boost their anonymous messages with a paid priority feature. Boosted messages signal that a question is serious and help you identify what to respond to first. Payments are processed securely, and you can track all your earnings in your dashboard.

Question 4

Can I share my link anywhere?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Your Cilbup link works everywhere—add it to your Instagram bio, Twitter profile, YouTube description, TikTok, or anywhere else you connect with your audience. Share it on multiple platforms simultaneously to maximize engagement from your entire community.

Question 5

Can I customize my profile?

Accepted Answer

Of course! You can personalize your profile with a custom username, profile picture, bio, and theme colors that match your brand. Make your Cilbup page feel uniquely yours and aligned with your other social media presence.

Question 6

Will I get notified of new messages or boosts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you'll receive instant notifications whenever you get a new anonymous message or boost. You can customize your notification preferences to receive alerts via email, WhatsApp, or directly in the app. Never miss an important message from your community.

Question 7

Do I need an account to send a message?

Accepted Answer

No account needed! One of the best parts of Cilbup is that message senders don't need to sign up or log in. Simply click on someone's Cilbup link, type your message, and hit send—it's that easy to stay completely anonymous.

Question 8

Is it free to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Cilbup is completely free to use for both creators and message senders. Create your profile, share your link, and start receiving anonymous messages at no cost. We believe in making honest feedback and anonymous communication accessible to everyone.
